Gretchen is a licensed associate counselor (LAC), licensed speech therapist and licensed American sign language (ASL) interpreter. She lived in Manhattan and worked as an ASL interpreter for Broadway plays, schools, concerts, businesses, and more. She moved to Arizona from New York City to continue her call and passion to help others. She has worked in home health and schools as a speech therapist helping children with feeding, fluency, language and articulation delays. She also worked as an event planner creating welcoming and aesthetically pleasing spaces for workspaces, concerts and conferences. She is now working as a licensed associate counselor and has worked in schools, recovery and sober living centers, centers for survivors of sex trafficking, community health, and private practice. She has experience working with children, adults, families, groups and couples. She has dedicated herself to excellence in therapeutic care specializing in various and cooccurring diagnoses through trauma-informed integration of treatments. She approaches her work with the mindset that healing and growth are attainable for everyone. Finding the root of the disruption in our sense of well-being, through a holistic and kind approach, allows for true transformation and renewing of the mind, body and soul.
